About

BTS Fanfic Tracker was born out of a desire to have a list of all fests that were accepting prompts. Our goal is to create a comprehensive dataset of all things fanfic and display that in a user-friendly, accessible, and useful way.

How

We have worked really hard to make the process of adding information to the tracker quick and easy.1. Submit information using our Data Collection form.
2. Information appears on the tracker within a minute.The magic lies within the spreadsheet.

Content Restrictions

The goal of the project is to capture all things fanfic. As such, there may be projects on the tracker that are not to your taste.

Rain is the creator and manager of the BTS Fanfic Tracker. Her professional background is web development and she loves spreadsheets and data. When she isn't making spreadsheets, she likes to play videos and board games with friends.She is a Dynamite (2020) army and Yoongi biased.

For best results, view the tracker on a desktop or laptop size screen. This link will open a Google Sheets document. You do not need an account or to be logged in to view the tracker.Data submitted from the data collection form automatically populates this spreadsheet. Feel free to give it a try! Put "test" somewhere in the name. Test data and spam will be deleted.The first tab, Dashboard, shows an overview of the fest information currently in the tracker.
The second tab, Fests, shows all the fest information we currently have. This sheet is color coded for ease of use. Dates in yellow are within the next 30 days. Dates in grey have passed.

Data

This data has been scraped from fest accounts on twitter. It is surely incomplete but my aim is to be as comprehensive as possible. Please check all dates and information for accuracy before submitting.Anyone intentionally submitting false or spam information will be banned from submitting.

- If you run a rest or wish to contribute accurate fest information, visit our data collection form.
- If your fest schedule has changed, you can submit a form and the spreadsheet will update. You only need to add dates that have changed.
- If you see any errors or experience a bug on the spreadsheet or data form, send a DM so we can correct.
- If you run a fest and would like your fest removed from this spreadsheet, please send a DM.

Not a mod? Not a problem. Anyone can submit data. Please check all dates and information for accuracy before submitting.
